70-620: Configuring Microsoft Windows Vista Client

Technical professionals that are studying to take Exam 70-620: Configuring Microsoft Windows Vista Client are expected to have at least one year of experience in a midsized corporate / enterprise environment with at least a good portion of that time dedicated to working directly with all of the different versions of Windows Vista. This would include the base operating system functionality and its configuration, customization of the client OS, problem troubleshooting (all types) and dealing with customers (customer service) and understanding business needs (enterprise readiness).

You would also need to have experience resolving issues concerning network connectivity, desktop operating systems, security, and applications. Additional experience would also include addressing logon problems, performing password resets, and resolving most issues with desktop applications.
