They have a partnership with certain Prometric and Pearson VUE testing centers. This partnership facilitates those people that are interested to have their exams completed by proxy. This means that when the center have received the basic candidate information thet can complete any exam for anybody.

It is not going to matter. Testing location does not show with your exam results or your certification. So it doesn't matter where you are located, the result is exactly the same.
